It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Wayne Strecker of Carthage, Missouri, born in Bazine, Kansas, who passed away on March 18, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Strecker and Florence Strecker; and his brother Donald Strecker. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Strecker; his children, Jason Strecker (Carissa) and Mandy Burnett (Beau); his grandchildren, Rilynn Burnett, Addison Strecker, Cason Strecker and Hadley Burnett; his brother Allen Strecker (Brenda); and his sister-in-law Dixie Strecker. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Family has asked that any contributions be made out to St. Jude's Childrens Hospital or the American Cancer Society in care of Ulmer Funeral Home.

I think of him fairly often when we visit our son and his family in Missoula, Montana, because there is a person who has Ford tractors for sale on a street corner that we pass frequently--and I remember his love of Ford tractors.
