He was predeceased by: his parents, H. A. Kahl and Edna Kahl; his wife Dorothy McNary; his son Bill Jacobs; and his siblings, Charles Kahl, Herbert W. Kahl and Faye Collier.
He is survived by: his daughter Dianne Kahl Klouse of Claremore, Oklahoma; and his brother Lloyd Kahl of Avilla, Missouri. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and several great and great-great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Ulmer Funeral Home (1208 S Garrison Ave, Carthage, MO 64836).
