He was predeceased by: his parents, A. E. Womack and Mary Womack (Johnson); his siblings, Robert, Dean, Jim, Richard, Ruth Brown and Mary Null; and his great grandchild Sadie Young.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann VaLeu; his children, Wayne Johnson Womack, Jr. (Michelle), Lynda Woods (Jim), Brenda Womack, Susan Hyde (Keith) and Jill Tatum (Len); and his brothers, David, John (Linda) and Paul (Sharon). He is also survived by extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Wayne's granddaughter, JeLynn Tatum to assist her in ongoing needs as a paraplegic due to a recent tragic accident.
