She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Elvin Smart and Mary Beth Smart (Stark); and her sister Melissa Lyn Smart. She is survived by: her niece Elizabeth Michelle Eger of Fort Wayne; and her cousins, Elizabeth Barlet (Don Bauer) of Joplin, David Barlet (Melissa) of Ohio, Susan Flowers (Jeff) of Joplin, Jerry Stark of Arizona and Jim Stark of Georgia.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Carthage Humane Society.
