It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sherrie Lynn Lasiter of Carthage, Missouri, who passed away on October 2, 2021, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Harriette "McNary" Patrick; and her brother Rick. She is survived by: her father Carl Patrick; her husband Francis "Gene" Lasiter; her sons, Craig Lasiter (Madison) of Carl Junction, Missouri, Patrick Lasiter (Jessica) of Joplin, Missouri and Clayton Lasiter (Amber) of Webb City, Missouri; her brothers, Randy Patrick (Cathy) of Sarcoxie, Missouri, Monte Patrick (Cindy) of Republic, Missouri and Harlan Patrick (Annetta) of Carthage, Missouri; her sister-in-law Laurie Patrick of Joplin, Missouri; and her grandchildren, Jonathan, Aliyah, Jake, Tyler, Camron, Avery and Rhiannon. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that a donation be made to either American Cancer Society or Bright Futures in care of Ulmer Funeral Home.
