Victor Knowles II wrote a sympathy message

“I first met Robert, or "Bob" as he was sometimes called, when we started attending the Mt. Hope church in Joplin/Webb city in 2007. I sat next to him every Sunday morning in the auditorium Bible class and we always had a good conversation before and after class (sometimes even during class!). When I began teaching the class I would ask Bob to teach in my absence, which he was glad to do. He loved the Lord and His Word. He was a dear friend to me. Victor Knowles, Joplin, MO”
