He is survived by: his wife Denise Sloan; his children, Allen Yarbrough and Jennie Peralta (Jon); his granddaughter Audrey Peralta; his stepfather Millard Altis; and his siblings, Dan Altis, Sheri Nelson, Shirlee Plum, Sharon Miller, Brenda Allison, Candy Clemmons, Cindy Huffam and Dana Pratt. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
