We are sad to announce that on December 15, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Richard Demery in Carthage, Missouri, born in Nevada, Missouri. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Richard Leon and Claudette Demery (Brewer); his daughter Christina Marie Gomez of Brenham, TX; his grandson Joel Antonio Gomez, Jr.; his aunt Lorraine; and his brother Randy Demery of Fulton, MMO. He was also cherished by extended family and friends.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p. m. on Friday, December 18, 2020 at Ferry Funeral Home in Nevada. ***At this time there is no longer a statewide limitation on the number of people attending funerals or visitations, however those in attendance will be asked to maintain social distancing, and that people are asked to wear face masks to protect themselves and others.
