He is survived by: his children, Chad Phillips and Amber Phillips of Carl Junction, Missouri; his brother Mark Alan Phillips (Terri) of Springfield, Missouri; his sister-in-law Tammy Leivan; his nieces, Talina Buker and Sadie Payne; and his nephew Erik Phillips.
