She was predeceased by: her parents, Jasper R. Edwards and Iola "Mae" Edwards (Lewis); her husband Robert E. Barton; her daughter Bobbie Rae Gillum; her siblings, Ray Edwards, Nettie Mae Hensley and Cora Belle Earnst; and her nephew Earl Hensley, Jr..
She is survived by: her son-in-law Gary Gillum; her grandsons, Shawn Gillum (Anna) and Chad Gillum (Amy); her great grandchildren, Coree Gillum and Isabelle Gillum; and her great great grandchildren, Cayson and Harlow. She is also survived by three nieces and two nephews.
Memorial gifts are suggested to American Cancer Society in care of Knell Mortuary.
