He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Heckmaster and Ruby Heckmaster (Kimberlin) of Carthage; and his sister Barbara Hensley. He is survived by: his wife Terri Heckmaster of Carthage; his son Dustin Heckmaster (Cathy); his grandchildren, Addison and Owen of Ashland; and his sisters, Eva Cook (Larry) of Ozark and Rosa Rogers (John) of Liberty Missouri. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces and their children.
In lieu of flowers, Lonnie's chosen recipient of memorials are the Jasper County Youth Fair, Inc., or Art Central of Carthage.
