He was predeceased by: his father Earl Hensley, Jr.; and his uncle Bob Fairchild. He is survived by: his mother Evelyn Hensley (Holmes); his siblings, Terri Johnson (Carol Glenn), Steve Hensley (Debbie), Julie Theil (Steve) and Kelly Hensley; and his nieces and nephews, Carrie Galle (Blake), Jeff Johnson (Cassidy), Dustin Hensley, Amanda Fosdick (Brad), Matt Theil and Allison Thomas (Wes). He is also survived by ten great-nieces and nephews; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
