He is survived by: his father Bob Stephens of Salem, MO; his wife Belinda McDonald; his children, Raenan Patrick (Landon) of Carthage and Drake Stephens (Jarrika) of Nixa, MO; his mother Sharon Turnbough (Sonny) of Cherryville, MO; his brothers, Bill Stephens (Donna) of Blackwell, OK and Lance Stephens of Hallsville, MO; and his grandchildren, Gracelyn, Luke, Owen Patrick, Blaiden, Kreed, Summitt and Sage Stephens.
