She is survived by: her former husband Phillip Wayne Poulson, Sr.; her pet Taffy; her children, Lisa Haggard, Anita Poulson, Phillip Wayne Poulson, Jr., Lance Poulson and Shannon Poulson; her brother Jerry Stout (Ann); and her grandchildren, Amanda Mata (Gerardo) of Texas, Kevin Poulson of Texas and Forrest Keene (Ashly). She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren; and many extended family and friends.
