He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Warren of Carthage, Missouri., Barbara Smith of Carthage, Missouri. and Jimmy Erskin of Carthage, Missouri.. He is survived by: his parents, Phillip "Sam" and Chrisy Smith of Carthage, Missouri; his brother Jacob (Sumer) of Duenweg, Missouri; and his grandmother Kathy Erskin of Fulton, Kansas. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Carthage R-9 Foundation for the Cross Country Team in care of Ulmer Funeral Home.
