Though Joe Harlow may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Blackstone Merchant and Alma Ruth Merchant (May). He is survived by: his wife Ruth Anne Merchant; his daughter Annie Barr; his stepchildren, Sara Ford (Greg), Stephen Bruffett (Susan) and Jamin Bruffett (Shelby); his stepgrandchildren, Cole Ford, Lindsey Ward and Natalie Ward; and his brothers, Bill Merchant (Della), Don Campbell (Lynn) and Robert Campbell (Gwen). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of extended family and friends.
