Joan McMillan Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 20, 2021, at the age of 77, Joan McMillan of Carthage, Missouri, born in Lamar, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, George Bays of Washington and Lela M. Bays (Wright); her former husband Bobby Rex McMillan; her husband Rex McMillian; her son William Dale Watson; and her siblings, Don Bays and Linda Bays.

She is survived by: her former husband Robert "Bill" Watson; her daughter Sharon Elliott (Charley); her brother Bob (Ann Bays); her grandchildren, Dena Munoz, Brandie Mayes and Alana Hill; her nephews, Dan Bays and Dr. Dale Bays; and her stepchildren, Robert McMillan, Natalie Burrell and Peggey McMillan. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
