She was predeceased by: her parents, Ross Rowland and Alvaretta Rowland (Richmond); her husband Bill; her daughter Charlene Jo Hood; her sisters, Loraine Deming and Lois Reeder; and her niece Carol Sue Casey.

She is survived by: her son Paul Hood (Vanessa) of Parkville, MO; her stepchildren, Bill Erwin, Jr. (Janet), Jim Erwin (Vickie), Rick Erwin (Ronda), Russ Erwin (Marian), Sue Renwick (Patrick) and Sally Phipps (John) of Waxahachie, TX; and her sister Louise. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 45 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren; two brothers.
