He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Cleveland and Lela "Patrick" Cleveland; his wife Linda "Parker"; his sons, Jerry Foiles (Teresa) of Avilla, Garrett Cleveland of Sarcoxie and Gerald Cleveland (Rachel) of Sarcoxie; and his siblings, Charles Cleveland of Carthage, Carl Cleveland of Mt. Vernon, Marie Cleveland of Carthage, Ellen Cox of Corpus Christi, TX and Edith Jack. He was also cherished by six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
