He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Patrick and Gladys Patrick; his wife Dorothy A. Phillips; his granddaughter Crystal Combs; his great grandchild Lane Evan Combs; and his children-in-law, Joe Evans and Tammy Patrick.
He is survived by: his children, Gerald "Yogi" Patrick (Joyce), Randy Patrick (Junita), Darrell Patrick (Darlynda), Tim Patrick (Brenda), Nick Patrick (Amber), Kathy Conness (Richard), Brenda Evans (Joe), Kimala Patrick, Tammie Millard (Ram), Gena Hamm (Rob), Shawna Bayless (Tom), Robert Hull and James Cochran; and his siblings, Tony Patrick, Otis Patrick and Virginia Lee. He is also survived by 37 grandchildren; 88 great-grandchildren; and 23 great-great grandchildren.
