He was predeceased by: his father Javier Pineda. He is survived by: his mother Nivian Mazariegos; his wife Eboni Saba; his children, Ariana Castaneda, Mahlanie Gutierrez, Javi Gutierrez and Lola Gutierrez; and his siblings, Javier Pineda, Elizabeth Sawyer (Roy), Karen Gutierrez and Nivian Pineda.
