He was predeceased by: his mother Margaret "Tipping" Cobaugh; and his stepfather Kenneth Ray Cobaugh. He is survived by: his father Bud Finley (Francis); his children, Jonathan Finley of Carthage and Rebecca Colibert of Carthage; his siblings, David Finley (Pam), John Tipping, Barbara Finley, Margaret Wooldridge and Carol Cobaugh; and his grandchildren, Trevor, Skyler and River.
