She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Taylor Crusa; her parents, Otto Pugh and Avo Pugh; and her siblings, Edward Wood, Anne Flake and Jean Schwartz.

She is survived by: her children, Jan Haas, Ann Wyman (John) and Jack Crusa (Teri); her sister Ginger Davis (Reid) of Wylie; and her pet Cissie. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild.
