He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris Watts and Jean Watts (Youngkrantz); and his brothers, Gary Watts and John Watts. He is survived by: his wife Connie Watts; his stepson Tim Bailey of Webb City, Missouri; his daughter Teresa Bailey of Louisville, Kentucky; his brother Rick Watts (Becky) of Carthage, Missouri; his nieces, Karen Watts of Carthage, Missouri and Kristy Ball (Stephen) of Carthage, Missouri; and his friend Jim Steinkamp (Linda) of Carthage, Missouri..
A graveside service was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Dudman Springs Cemetery (8713 Cedar Rd, Carthage, MO 64836).
