He was predeceased by: his parents, Gould Holzwarth and Mable "Irwin" Holzwarth; and his brother Rodney Holzwarth. He is survived by: his wife Nellie Holzwarth; his children, Randy Holzwarth (Cathy) of Carthage, Rhonda Craig (Mike) of Carthage, Cathy Diggs (Rex) of Carthage and Christina Ellis (Kelly) of Carthage; and his sister Juanita Bland. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren.
