He is survived by: his wife Judi Hendrick (Cawthon); and his children, Steve Hendrick (Miranda) of Carterville, Jeff Hendrick (Abby) of Carl Junction, Mike Hendrick (Joelle) of Kansas City and Lori Driggs (Charlie) of Puyallup, Washington. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
