She is survived by: her children, Max Harold Forste, Jr. (Shelley) of Carthage and Cindy Diane Cline (Greg) of Reeds, Missouri; her grandchildren, Myndy Schmidt (Sam), Christina O'Neil (Landon), Kala Mason (Zack) and Michael Forste; her great grandchildren, Paige Cline, Mason Kitchens, Adelyn O'Neil, Michael Anderson, Mattie Anderson and Evan Forste; her great great grandchildren, Marlee Kitchens and Reign Wilder Williams-Cline; and her brother David Wayne Lisle.
