She is survived by: her former husband Kenneth Spurgeon; her sons, Kenneth Spurgeon (Lori) of Reeds, Missouri and Keith Spurgeon (Allyson) of Reeds, Missouri; her siblings, Donald Dunkle (Kay), Larry Dunkle (Shurley), Michael Dunkle, Beverly Allen (Rob) and Janice Silver (Jack); her grandchildren, Katrisha Vargo, Kaylia Spurgeon, Katie Heesch, Isaac Spurgeon, Kortney Spurgeon, Sarah Porter and Kordale Spurgeon; and her great grandchildren, Brendan, Phoenix, Bentley, Jesse, Haisley, Ryan and Aiden.
