She was predeceased by: her parents, Odell Ritchie and Irene Ritchie (Alverson); her husband Leonard Worthen; her daughter Sandy Tedford (Terry); and her sister Doratha Stockwell.
She is survived by: her children, Betty Sones (Ron Sones) of Tavares, Tracy Worthen (Barney Blackburn) of Carthage, Lenny Worthen and Vicki Carey of DeLand Florida. She is also survived by four grandsons, four granddaughters, nine great grandsons and seven great granddaughters, one great-great grandson and one great-great granddaughter.
