She was predeceased by: her husband Everett Ray Smith; her parents, Robert Waggoner and Velva Waggoner; and her siblings, Robert Everett Waggoner, Jr., William Henry Waggoner and Helen Nadine Ray.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael Everett Smith (Heidi) of Springfield, Steven Alan Smith (Amy) of Carthage, Stacey Alvan Smith (Lauren) of Carthage and Phillip Aaron Smith (Vickie) of Carthage, Missouri; and her sisters, Marie Lee and Ruth Ann Cooper. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.
