She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Robert Raines and Phyllis Ann Weber; her former husband John W. Holliday; her husband Forrest Midcap; her sons, Jason Holliday (Melanie) of Joplin and Andrew Holliday (Cheryl) of Sarcoxie, Missouri; her siblings, Joe Raines, Stephen Raines, Tony Raines and Linda Rust; her grandchildren, Jacob, Macy, Taylor Holliday, Stephen Colvin, Wyatt and Baylee Holliday; and her sister Martha Hoover. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
