She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Stark and Flora Mae Stark; her husband Jameson "Earl" Barker; her son Jameson Earl Barker, Jr.; her great grandchild Keenan Reed; and her brothers, Wilbur Stark, Ellis Stark, Alva Stark and Lee Stark.
She is survived by: her daughters, Patty Witt (Richard) of Carthage, Missouri, Mary Pugh of Carthage, Missouri and Beth Whitehead (Allen) of Carthage, Missouri; her grandchildren, Allison Morgan (Everett) of Carthage, Chad Pugh of Carthage, Jamie Witt (Amanda) of Carthage, Zach Whitehead (Kimber) of Oklahoma, Sarah Hunter, Matt Whitehead (Steph) and Blake Pugh; and her brothers, Elvie Stark, Billie Stark and John Stark. She is also survived by 23 great grandchildren, 14 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Carthage Church of the Nazarene (2000 Grand Ave, Carthage, MO 64836). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
The family suggests memorials be made to Carthage Church of the Nazarene in care of Knell Mortuary.
