He was predeceased by: his parents, Beulah Mae and Ray F. McKinney; and his wife Mary Ellen Wampler. He is survived by: his children, Mark McKinney (Jan) of Castle Rock and Marcia Davis (Al) of Richardson, Texas; his granddaughter Stephanie Harbin; his great grandchildren, Isabelle and Katherine Harbin; his grandchildren, Christopher Randolph and Jennifer Stephens; and his great grandchildren, Elijah Randolph, Harper, Riley and Addie Stephens.
Memorial donations may be made to the First Presbyterian Church, Carthage Missouri.
