He was predeceased by: his parents, Elsie Ruth and George Easton Keathley. He is survived by: his wife Jane Ann Schramm; his children, Jeri Crotzer (Darold), Mike Keathley (Dixie) and Becky McCormack (Tom); his grandchildren, Mick Keathley (Audrey), Tim Keathley (Bre), Dan Keathley, Grace Keathley, Jane Janik (Michael), Tom McCormack (Riley) and Megan McCormack; and his great grandchildren, Jaxson and Jamison Keathley.
