He was predeceased by: his father David Hartman of Carterville; and his grandmother Theresa Witt of Carterville. He is survived by: his sons, Morgan Montgomery Witt and Miles John Witt; his mother Christine Covert of Carterville; his sisters, Courtney Howard of Joplin, Karlie Witt of Carterville, Harlie Witt of Carterville and Jade Hartman of Carthage; and his grandfather Jack Witt of Carterville. He is also survived by aunts and uncles and cousins.
