William V. touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, August Reiter and Vivian Reiter (Berry); his son Roger Reiter; and his siblings, Marian Pemberton and David Reiter.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra K. Rinehart; his son Mark Reiter (Lisa); his daughter-in-law Margaret Reiter; his grandchildren, Amanda, Nicholas, Elizabeth and Samuel; and his brother Terrence Reiter. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Immanuel Lutheran Church (402 S Folger St, Carrollton, MO 64633). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
