He is survived by: his son Wilfred Forest; his sister Mary Belle; his wife Patricia Kay Brockman; his children, Timothy Forest Brockman (Lora) of Carrollton, Missouri, Charmin Kay Leigh (Michael) of Nashville and Sheri Sue Staton (Johnnie) of Carrollton, Missouri; his sisters, Betty Thomas of California and Lucretia Foster of Iowa; and his grandchildren, James Brockman, Heather Zinn, Kelsey Cunningham, Chassidy Hawkins, Morgan Leigh, Jacob Staton, Dillon Staton, Samantha Jo Staton, Lucas Staton and Ethan Staton. He is also survived by seventeen great-grandchildren.
