He is survived by: his spouse Mary Ann McCullough; his child Fern; his stepsons, Dean Deatherage of St. Joseph, Missouri, Alan Deatherage of Kansas City, Jill Ferro (Joe) of Kansas City, Michael Deatherage (Tammy) of Independence and Steven Deatherage (Debbie) of Blue Springs; and his granddaughter Dwayne Hartman (Nicole) of O'Fallon, Missouri. He is also survived by eight step-grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and four step great-grandchildren.
