He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Rose and Betty Carroll Boothe (Pinney). He is survived by: his wife Sandra Kay Woodard; his daughter Danni Utterback (Derrick) of Carrollton, Missouri; his siblings, Bill Boothe (Ester) of Independence, Joe Boothe (Elaine) of Liberty, Missouri, June Wright of Carrollton and Dorothy Rees (Dan) of Pekin, Illinois; and his grandchildren, Braxton Windsor and KayLea Boothe of Carrollton, Missouri..
