She is survived by: her son Brian Michael Sample; her grandchildren, Chloe Arbogast of Higginsville and Michael Sample of Clinton, Missouri; and her siblings, Becky Neff (Rick) of Camdenton, Jean Albrecht (Roy) of Eldon, Donna Johnson of Carrollton, Linda Walker of Carrollton, Missouri, Ralph Walker of Eldorado, Terry Walker (Melony) of Carrollton, Fred Walker of Carrollton, Chris Walker (Linda) of Hale and Jerry Walker of Carrollton, Missouri. She is also survived by several nieces, and nephews, and her five pet.
