He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Allen Ward, Sr. and Katherine Marie Ward (Vandeventer); his siblings, Herbert A. Ward, Jr. and Penelope Sue Ward; his son Quenten Lewis Ward; and his grandchildren, Carrie Lynn Ward and Dallas Riley Ward.
He is survived by: his children, Thomas Allen Ward, Jr. (Dana) of Bograd and Anna Marie Fountain of Chillicothe; his grandchildren, Suzanne Ward, Tabitha Riley Ward, Kayleigh Ward, Andi Ward, Chris Casteel, Brandon Casteel, Harley Johnson, Shania Johnson and Katherine Michelle Ward; and his great grandchildren, Caden, Logan, Maggie Casteel, Hana Marie Johnson and Derrek Duane Crackenberger.
