He is survived by: his wife Georgeanne Hawkins; his daughters, Tammy (Albert Zumalt) of Waverly and Michelle (Greg Coats) of Cameron; his grandchildren, Mikiah Zumalt (Kylor Davis) of Waverly, Chase Zumalt of Carrollton and Bret Davis of Higginsville; his great grandchild Denley Davis of Carrollton; and his brother Russell Cooksey (Jean Janneck) of Marshall.
