She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Miller and Irene Fay Miller (Hawkins); and her siblings, Lula Belle McWilliams, Laura Lee Miller and Danny Miller.
She is survived by: her husband Paul Standley; her children, Phillip Eugene Standley of Hale, Missouri, Steven William Standley (Debra) of Chillicothe, Missouri, Carl Douglas Standley (Donna Lynn) of Tina, Missouri and Carla Faye Standley of Carrollton, Missouri; her siblings, David Miller of Centralia, Martin Miller (Donna) of Norborne, Missouri, Carlene Knox (Jimmy) of Dover and Virginia Pelican (Mike) of Bogard, Missouri; and her grandchildren, Phillip Jordan Standley, Timothy William Standley, Ciara Frazier and Seth Standley. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
As an expression of sympathy and in memory of Floy, Memorial Contributions may be made to the Coloma Cemetery or the Shriners Hospital for Children.
