She is survived by: her husband Darrell Womack; her daughters, Tera Lee, Ashley Nicole Murphy (Scott) of Carrollton and Mary Katherine Womack; her close friends, Aaron Fisher of Carrollton and Kevin Wolf of Carrollton, Missouri; her father Orval Richards, Jr. (Alice) of Carrollton, Missouri; her siblings, Robert Richards (Kelly) of Greenback, Donald Richards (Mary Kay) of Hale, Douglas Richards of Madisonville, Rebecca Hensley (Rickie) of Marshall, Billy Richards (Tera) of Maryville, Laura Brockman (Tim) of Carrollton, Thomas Richards (Kristie) of Carrollton and Tammy Crawford (Robert) of Carrollton, Missouri; her grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Kylie Murphy, Lauren Hester, Viola and Cadence Wolf; and her mother-in-law Thelma Womack. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
