He was predeceased by: his parents, Eunice Elliott (Haley) and Otis Elliott; his brothers, Lavern, Larry and Andy Bill; his stepdaughters, Lisa and Debbie; and his brother-in-law Steve Brown.
He is survived by: his stepson Charlie Womack; his sister Mary Jo Brown; and his granddaughters, Jessie and Katie Marble. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
