It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rosemary Fogell of Carrollton, Missouri, born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on September 5, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael P. Robel and Leona J. Robel (Plucinski); her husband Allan L. Fogell; her siblings, Gregory, Donald, Beau, Kenneth and Jacquelyn; and her granddaughter Angela Grimes.
She is survived by: her former husband James Donald Mulhearn; her daughters, Jeanne Marie Quijas (Louis) of Gallatin and Julie Anne Winfrey (Bill) of Carrollton, Missouri; and her grandchildren, Veronica Caulfield (Stefan) of Franklin, Victoria Newell (Robby) of Nolensville and Chad Winfrey of Carrollton, Missouri. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
