He was predeceased by: his parents, Minnie Mae Walker (Smith) and Ralph Edward Walker; his husbands, Martin Lee Sample, Sr. and Donald Joe Hardwick, Sr.; his sons, Martin Lee Sample, Jr. and Bradley Eugene Sample; and his brothers, Bob Walker and Johnny Walker.
He is survived by: his son Brian Michael Sample; his grandchildren, Chloe Arbogast of Higginsville and Michael Sample of Clinton, Missouri; and his siblings, Becky Neff (Rick) of Camdenton, Jean Albrecht (Roy) of Eldon, Donna Johnson of Carrollton, Linda Walker of Carrollton, Missouri, Ralph Walker of Eldorado, Terry Walker (Melony) of Carrollton, Fred Walker of Carrollton, Chris Walker (Linda) of Hale and Jerry Walker of Carrollton, Missouri. He is also survived by several nieces, and nephews, and her five pet.
