Robert Earl Gentry Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Earl Gentry of Carrollton, Missouri, who passed away on October 19, 2021 at the age of 100. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Gentry and Ruth Gentry (George); his former wife Hazel Lorene Gentry; his son Donald Ray; his daughter-in-law Charlotte Gentry (Darby); his brother Dale; and his siblings-in-law, Bernice Gentry and Lloyd Haynes.

He is survived by: his wife Margaret Thoeni (Carter); his stepdaughters, Skyla Thoeni of Carrollton, Missouri and Cheri Schnare (Milton) of Carrollton, Missouri; his sister Doris Roos (David) of Littleton, Colorado; his grandchildren, Beth Gentry-Epley (Arnold) of Liberty and Rob Gentry (Jennifer) of Hartford, Connecticut; and his great grandchildren, Emily Gentry, Brett Gentry and Isaac Epley. He is also survived by several nieces, and nephews.
