With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert E. Leakey of Carrollton, Missouri, born in Norborne, Missouri, who passed away on June 23, 2021 at the age of 68. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Robert E. Leakey to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle Arlene Leakey (Coonce-LaRue) and John Russell, Sr.; and his siblings, Richard Leakey, John Leakey, Jr. and Marian Arlene Yuille.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Bristow; his stepchildren, Pam Dothage (Jimmy) of Lexington and Charles Ackerman, Jr. (Cassandra) of Eldorado Springs, Missouri; and his sisters, Loretta Poglajen of Kansas City and Marsha Colwell of Gower, Missouri. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; as well as several nieces; and nephews.
