He is survived by: his wife Wanda (Lowrey); his children, Matthew Bell (Jennifer) of Lees Summit, Missouri and Kristine Bell of Seattle, Washington; his stepchildren, Lori McCombs (Bill) of Lees Summit, Missouri and Chad Sampsel (Tonya) of Lincoln, Missouri; his siblings, Nancy Freeman (Kenneth) of Harbor Springs, Michigan, Marilyn Summerlin (Bob) of Birmingham, Alabama and Merlin Bell (Penny) of Leon, Iowa; his grandchildren, Alexis Sampsel (Justin) of Lincoln, Missouri and Dalton Sampsel of Warsaw, Missouri; and his close friend Susie Franklin of Norborne, Missouri..
